Havana Club 3 Year Old comes from at least three years of natural aging in oak barrels. After 2 years the aguardiente is filtered through charcoal to remove impurities and returned to the barrel. This aging process gives it its light straw color that reveals its age.
On the nose it has a complete bouquet of soft aromas, with notes of oak, molasses and sugar cane. Its taste is balanced and complex: sweet, mildly fruity taste with a light touch of citrus
