It is a mixture of rum that has been distilled only from the sweetest cane honey and has matured for 6 to 23 years with the system of Sistema Solera - that is, barrels, which have previously hosted American whiskey, sherry and Pedro Ximenez wine. It has amber color & aromas of caramelized fruits, spices, honey & cocoa.
