Hennessy Fine de Cognac is the result of a mixture of about 60 spirits with floral and fruity shades produced in the four best wine-producing regions of Cognac, dominated by Fins Bois. The specialized aging process in light-colored barrels, which contribute discreetly but progressively to the aroma of their wood, gives these refined spirits, aged 4 to 10 years, the opportunity to bring out their delicate aromas, while offering a prolonged oak wood aftertaste. On the nose, the aromas of orange blossom, lemon peel, cinnamon and honey flood the senses. On the palate, the touches of citrus are intricate with aromas of dough and toasted almond and give way to soft notes of spices and honey.
